Get fit and work towards a personal best by joining a 12-week training program that tailors your running goals to coincide with three major running events between September to November.
· Choose one of five 12 Week training plans to progress you towards your distance goal
· A great team to motivate you during your training and events
· Access to over 20 exclusive fitness sessions run by a coach to help you succeed
· A water bottle, cap and training top
· Weekly tips and advice from your coach
The Challenge is designed to prepare you for these events:
· YMCA Father's Day Fun Run (September 2nd)
· Sweat vs. Steam Fun Run (October 21st)
· Bendigo Bank Fun Run (November 4th)
You aren't obliged to enter these events if you simply want to improve your running.
This Challenge is perfect for beginners, experienced runners and everything in between.
